License control by user
Hello everyone!
My company has MS365, so the Power BI licenses are "Pro".
I need to monitor users who are not using the product to remove the license. How can I see this information?
We define "not using" as "not exhibiting developer behavior", specifically uploading semantic models to workspaces, and/or updating apps. Both events are audited through the Tenant Audit logs. We revoke/recover licenses after 60 days of no developer activity - you may want to choose a different interval depending on the pressure.

Additional checks-
In our case, we will remove the pro license for users who have a E5 license.
Thanks,
