License Pro and free
Hello,
I have a question regarding licenses, if I am within an organization with a PRO license, can I share the report with security to a Free License so that it can only be viewed?

There are various options covered in:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-license
If you don't have premium capacity then everyone needs either a pro or premium per user licence to view reports.
If you have premium capacity then you just need a pro licence for publishers.
It sounds though like you're in the first option.
