Resolver ILibrary of Reports
Hello All,
So far Power BI Service is to the side of "distributing/sharing" content...I understand "Subscribe to emails" is possible.
But is there a possibility for all the organizational users to see a "library"/folder of report titles and a brief description about those reports, so they can browse through the reports list and "request access" for specific ones of interest?
Or is it an 'idea' at this point?

Based on my investigation, there is no library like this that can display the report information (including report name, title and description). Each user can only view/edit the contents (reports,dashboards and apps etc.) that he/she be granted permission in Power BI Service, and these contents may come from different workspaces.

Currently that is not possible.
The only other way I can think of seeing report is if the reports and dashboards have been deployed via an App.
The users would then only see the the apps that they have got access to. Hi meenakp ,
