2months back the semantic model got updated and I can't able to import Xinteractive and xBackground cpu details at item level any more.I tried different things xmla endpoint, semantic link and run a query against a dataset and non of them are working any more.Normal Xinteractive and xBackground at timepoint level it's working fine.
