I have a streaming dataset being imported using a microsoft flows setup importing data from a microsoft form over to Power BI.
Data Set contains Employees list by 'Name' and has 'Leave Start', 'Leave End', 'Type of Leave' (sick Leave, Casual, etc ) and 'EmployeeName' along with his email ID.
Now, I need to be able to create continuous dates from the start and end date and be able to show the number of leaves date wise for the employees.
I have a basic set up which only has the number of leaves being represented by the start date only which is not ideal as it should include all the days in between.
I need to be able to make these changes within the power bi service page and not the desktop app but i do not see the data as well to be able to make any changes.
How can I show the active employees list, sick leave list and vacation employees list as per that day/today?
Thanks in advance.
Hi @anshul1123 ,
Could you please provide some sample data(exclude sensitive data) and your expected result with examples? What do you mean about creating continuous dates from the start and end date? Is there any date dimension table in your model? Please review the solution in the following similar threads and check if they can help you.
Count of employees on leave based on start and end date range

The below is the Dashboard build directly on the Power BI Service and not the desktop app.
The below is where i can see the data as this does not exist on the Power BI desktop. The inputs on to this data set are being brought in using Microsoft Flow (Microsoft Form going for approval and then post approval data connector to make form data streaming)
So, for example, if leave start date and end date are available, I am not sure how i could expand those dates to cover all leaves ( in the first image, the graph is only basis start dates and not all the dates in between as well.)
2nd, i dont know how to be able to impliment any changes since none of this was built using power bi desktop app but the web version only.
Hi @anshul1123 ,
You can refer the following blogs to get it.

None of these seem to be the answer to my concern.
The report is not built on Desktop app, and only exists on the web version of the service. Also, Streaming dataset is already working so the 2nd link again is irrelevant.
The concern is that:
Thanks.
