Launch Power BI Windows app on startup

I am working a solution to display Power BI reports in three locations throughout and office. To loop the report pages on these displays we plan to leverage an Intel Compute Stick or similar and the Power BI Windows app available in the MSFT Store. 

Is it possible to launch the app at startup? I'd like this to be as touchless as possible.
