Can you make sure that you have got enough capacity on your Premium Node by checking the Premium Capacity metrics App?
Also can you make sure that your connectivity is good and working when uploading?
The error could indicate network issues.

Defintitely enough capacity. This is for another user, not my specific issue. I'm going have them provide me with the file and I'll try on my end. Thx.
