I am refreshing large data set from Oracle database using Enterprise Gateway and got the below error message.
Data source error: Resource Governing: This operation was canceled because there wasn't enough memory to finish running it. Either reduce the memory footprint of your dataset by doing things such as limiting the amount of imported data, or if using Power BI Premium, increase the memory of the Premium capacity where this dataset is hosted. More details: consumed memory 25404 MB, memory limit 25404 MB, database size before command execution 195 MB. See https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2159753 to learn more.

Can you please advise how to resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance for your help on this matter.

Sounds like you only have a F64 or F128 capacity. Can you run this on a larger capacity?
Thankyou @lbendlin and @Deku for the quick response.

Thnak you.
Thank you for the quick response. Yes. It shows F64 capacity. How do we change to larger capacity with in Farbic Capacity? I have a option to change to Premium per User, but it's asking me to remove items or move items with in the region.
Message:
Workspace cannot be reassigned because it includes Fabric items or you're attempting to move them across regions. This is not supported currently. Remove the Fabric items, or move the workspace within the same region, and then try again.
Ah, so the F64 is your only capacity? It is not big enough for that amount of data.
Plan B would be to consider using Direct Q!uery instead
Plan C would be incremental refresh and bootstrapping.
Incremental refresh and bootstrapping sound be my go to as a first option
yeah. What's drawback you see if I switch to Preimum per user from Fabric Capacity?
That is not even worth considering.
Okay. Thanks for the quick response.
