Can anyone explain why the lineage view will show different relationships between the Gen2 Dataflow source and Lakehouse when I create them in different orders?
In #1 I created the Gen2 Dataflow first, then the Lakehouse, then pointed the dataflow to the Lakehouse.
In #2 I created the Lakehouse first, then within the Lakehouse build, connected to data creating a Gen2 Dataflow in the process.
Both are SQL sources ultimately. I like #1 better as it shows the true relationship between source and data. Its odd that #2 is a thing at all. Is there a reason anyone is aware of? Or is this a bug?

Hi @mbahonen,
I have observed the same behavior.
Additionally, Lineage in Fabric is in preview, and not all connections between items are fully supported yet. It is possible that the lineage between some items will be incorrectly shown.
Best regards,
Joyce
