Hi,
I have a report published in services and scheduled refresh in place.
During the scheduled refresh, refresh starts at 1:00 AM but the data load starts after 10 mins i.e 1:10 AM
The lag doesnt occurs when the refresh is done on demand.
Can anyone please help with the solutions to get rid of the lag during scheduled refresh.
Thanks.

The time you set for schedule refresh is not the time the refresh will start. Instead it is the time where the refresh will get into a queue, and it will start once the resources are available within that time window
Hi @vishalg25 ,
It is a normal delay, you can refer to this link.Configure scheduled refresh - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Of course you can upgrade to a more advanced workspace to increase the workspace load, which can reduce the refresh preparation time to some extent.
Hope it helps!
