Lab 5 issue

unable to follow course instructions in lab 5 as the spreadsheet lab 5 - USA will not upload. Installed silverlight as suggested, enabled registry keys as suggested, cleared cache as suggested and tried IE and Chrome but still does not work. Anybody any other solutions? Thanks

Please try clearing cache/cookies and try to launch it on a different browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox.
