Key influencers vs Correlation

Hello All,

Sorry if this is not the proper forum for this question, but I would like to gain some insight as to the benefits of using Key Influencers over a Correlation plot (or vice versa).

I have analyzed a dataset using both Key Influencers and correlation plots. Key Influencers seem to indicate a stronger relationship between 2 variables than the correltion plots do (i.e. Key Influencer show that metric X is a key influencer on metric Y, but correlation plots only show a correlation coefficient of 0.3).

Why does one Visual show a greater influence on a metric over the other? Is Key Influencer more sensitive? Does Key Influencers consider all correlation coeffiecients to be significant?
