I’ve noticed on at least 3 reports I have, even though the Key Influencer visual indicates that top segments have been found, it doesn’t display them. So the visual just shows “We found 3 top segments…” with only white space below that.
This issue only appears to be affecting reports published to the Power BI Service (Web). When viewing the same report in Power BI Desktop, the top segments display correctly, even though the report is connected to the same Power BI Dataset. This has been the case for a couple weeks already (as far as I'm aware) but I don't see anything related to this issue online. Anyone having the same issue and/or know what to try to fix it or is it an issue with the visual on ther service itself?
Solved! Go to Solution.
This is working as expected again! I changed nothing, so it must have been fixed on the service.
@Pluto
Never met that issue with the visual, and I don't see anything unsure with my test this time. Did you also try with other web browsers, there are some supported browsers for power bi.

@V-pazhen-msft, this is still an issue for me. I've tried in Chrome, Edge and IE and get the same result of the top segments not showing in the browser but showing correctly in Power BI Desktop. As mentioned, the visual indicates that it has found segments but the bubbles you would normally select to view each segment aren't rendered in the browser version.
I have the same issue. No segments displayed. Tried with Chrome and Edge.
Works fine in PowerBI Desktop.
