Keep getting tile errors after installing new data gateway

It's two weeks since we installed the latest powerbi gateway and we keep receiving tile errors. 

These errors disappear when refreshing the tiles AND drilling throught to the reports multiple times, and iterating this routine an X number of times.

Does somebody know the root cause and how to adjust this behaviour?

What's the detail error messgae? Can you check if the Gateway is online in Dataset setting?

Have you restored the gateway properly with the recovery key after you install the new one? 

You may also capture the Fiddler Trace when this error occurs.

We found the cause of the problem. It was a problem with the data gateway service account which kept on logging in and lost connection and reiterated logging in which caused the volatile behaviour.
