KPI help tooltip not working in service

KPI help tooltip works fine in Power BI Desktop but after deploying the report in Power BI service, the help tooltip does not popup:

We're having similar issue with Word Cloud not displaying "Tool Tips" in PBI service.

@Mond , I just noticed that our KPI visual now works with Help tooltip.  You might wanna check again with your Word Cloud visual if it works now.
