KPI alert showing different values

I've used Microsoft Flow to creates an alert that sends email to my organization. A KPI card was set to trigger when above a triggering threshold. The KPI is showing a column I created that calculates the amount of expired materials. The KPI card was able to show the latest Expired qty and I was also able to plot the moving trend when using Date for the trend axis.

The alert was sent to emails I created, except the value shown in the email was actually showing the earliest Expired values and not the latest. As a report curator I was also receiving an alert in a different format, and the value I received from that email is correct.

How can I change my setup to ensure the tile value is showing the latest Expired (Tile in Dashboard is showing latest but the alert email is showing oldest value). Appreciate any help.

    Hi softnewbi,

I am still confusing your question. I want to confirm the following doubts.

    1. When you create a refresh schedule or click the refresh now, the tile value shows the current value. If it surpasses the threshold, you will receive a alert email. What's your mean of receiving in a different format?

    2. After refresh, you want the tile shows the current value, the email shows the original value, right? If it is, it's impossible, because you will receive the alert email based on the current value, and the old value will be rewritten by the new one.

    Best Regards,
