KPI Indicator Tile Shows Value in Desktop but Not When Uploaded to Service

A curious thing started occuring a day ago where I am utilizing a KPI Indicator Visual (Custom). Shows up fine in Desktop but disappears once published to the service. 

 

Anyone else experience this? Any tricks.

 

My ticket liason suggested renaming report and republishing. It worked for one report but it did not work for all. I have three I'm troubleshooting.

 

Any help here would be appreciated.
