July 2018 Feature Tooltip Not Working on Power BI Service

The July 2018 release to have tables support tooltips works when I am using Power BI Desktop. However, when I publish my report to Service the tooltip feature does not seem to work. I've checked the visualizations pane in the edit view on Service and the tooltip feature is turned on, so I'm not sure why it is not working.
