Jira tp Power BI

Hi

I am trying to connect jira and power bi on service and cannot get passed authentication. It simply just freezes and the sign in button grey's out. I have filled in URL, User name and password not option on privacy.

Any thoughts?

      Attached up a screenshot once I click on sign in. it all goes grey not even a spinney to say it is running.

        I test on my side and it works. Did this issue still appears on your side?
