Issues with 'datetime' filter for streaming dataset

I think there is something wrong with the timestamp that Azure Streaming Analytics job is sending to Power BI. Because a card for Earliest (or Latest - doesn't really matter) Timestamp doesn't show value for some items. But these timestamps are sent by ASA and for each there is a correspoding value. They all look correct.
