Recently we installed the Power BI APP 'Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics' in order to have information about the usage and adaptation of users to our Microsoft365 platform, after a bit of playing with it, we noticed that the users information enough updated, there were a lot of users without Department or Company assigned, which made useless all of the information regarding use by department.
We spoke with the tenant admnistrators and they've been updating every single internal user information so we can fix this issue.
Now that all the user information is up to date, we have noticed that it doesn't seem to be updating at all. Almost a month has passed and we still see the same users without any department or Company information, the display name of some users has also changed and it doesnt show up in Power BI.
Does someone know how to get the User information update in that report? We have tried creating over again the APP but the issue seems to stay.
