Issues with Database Credentials in Power BI Service

Detalhes do problema:

5. Mensagens de erro recebidas:

Unable to create connection for the following reason: Unable to connect to the data source. Either the data source is inaccessible, a connection timeout occurred, or the data source credentials are invalid. Please verify the data source configuration and contact a data source administrator to troubleshoot this issue.

Details:

An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'One or more errors occurred.'

Please have this information handy if you choose to create a support ticket.

    Hi, Anonymous

First, you need to see if your gateway is up to date.

When you use the Basic authentication method, the account and password you use are the Login you created in MySql, but the software on my side is SSMS.

You can clear your cached credentials and log back in.

Or use another authentication method, such as Windows, where the account and password are the username and password of your own computer account
