Issues with Automatic Update of eTracker Data in Power BI Service

How is the connection set up in the service? 

You should be able to create a new cloud conneciton with the type Web, select anonymous auth, and skip the connection test: 

Then use that connection in your report, and then in PQ override the auth headers like you are doing.
