Issues to give access to a PBI report

I want to grant access to a PBI report to a collegue. I recieved an email but got an error message when I click approve. 

Im dont find an option to manage permissions neither under file or in workplaces like I find in other reports. What can I do to solve this?

Hi @LFM Is the workspace on Premium or is it a Shared capacity?

Check your permission to the workspace. You require Admin or Member permission to manage the report permission. If you have Contributor permission, you requrie reshare permsision to grant other users permission to the report.

Seems like I didnt have the right permission in the workspace. Im the owner of the report but only have contributor permission. Because I didnt recieve a reshare-link, I was not able to manage permissions
