Issues opening an App from external orgs

I was given access as a Guest to an App from an external organization.   I can see the list of items in my home page as "From external orgs", but once I select the App, it will briefly go to it, an...

I did try before using the ctid within the URL, but the result is the same

    It should work either way. I would suggest checking the the customer that they have enabled external sharing in their Power BI tenant?
