Issues opening an App from external orgs

I was given access as a Guest to an App from an external organization.

 

I can see the list of items in my home page as "From external orgs", but once I select the App, it will briefly go to it, and then quickly change to a signup screen, as if I did not have an account previously.

Even if I click on Get Started it will do it again and finaly go to an error screen

 

Any idea what can be causing this ?

    I did try before using the ctid within the URL, but the result is the same

      It should work either way. I would suggest checking the the customer that they have enabled external sharing in their Power BI tenant?

    Hi Armando_AD 

     

    Could you ask the person from the external org to give you the app link (including the tenantID in the URL) and see if you can access it that way?
