Issues in sharing dashboard ouside the organization

Hello,   I have a strange situation with sharing of dashboards outside the organization..   I have my reports/dashboard under [email protected] and I share it with multiple users under Customer...

v-huizhn-msft we have confirmed that the end user is not able to access any dashaboard from a particular domain.

 

[email protected] can access dashaboard from user1@xyz.com

but he cannot access any dahsboard from user1@abc.com or user2@abc.com.

 

does this info help in anyway in what could be the issue?

Hi,

 

Can you ask [email protected] to try to connect from a different browser and/or computer ? I just to take out "cashing" issues out of the equation.
