Issues With Input Slicer in the web app

Unfortunately this has not lead to a resolution. The problem I am facing is specifically with the Input slicer (not any other type of slicer - as those work, but I am slicing approx. 7000 lines - so not exactly purpose built).
It is interesting that you say this is well documented, as I was unable to find anything, ergo my post. I would really appreciate any insight into this issue occuring and being resolved specifically with an input slicer.

I am also facing the same issue from this week. Last week it was fine. It is only on the service. Using Power BI desktop the input slicer works as intended but once published you cannot clear searched values on the Power BI service.
