    Hi, s168635 

    Unfortunately, I guess that this problem can’t be informed as an issue that existed in Power BI, because the Gmail account is described as unsupportable in the Power BI professional document.

    You can raise a new idea in the Power BI Issue, and check what’s their opinion on this issue.

Hello.

According to the official documentation gmail account is supported. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/enterprise/service-admin-azure-ad-b2b

 

I had the same issue and I found the following workaround:

1. Login to the power bi service as a normal user (not guest)

2. Open any report to which the guest user has access

3. Clik share->copy link (see the screenshot attached below)

4. Send the copied link to the guest user (e.g. via e-mail)

5. Once a guest user opens the copied link he or she can access to all staff in Power BI Service that he has rights.

    Thank you for finding the old issue, I did ask my user to avoiding using Mac and did not hear them complaining since, not sure if it is fixed with some system updates or still there and I do not have a Mac to test now anyway.
