Issue with refresh of data by another user

Hi,   I shared a report with another user / developer in my team. I gave her administrator rights both to data set and report but despite this fact she cannot edit scheduled refresh options or eve...

    Hi,

     

    I hope I finally found what's the reason of such status.

    It's becase probably two administrators cannot have the access to these functionalities in the same time.

    One of them has to take over settings from another one:

     

     

    When I raised the question on the forum I simply had no knowledge how the settings options looks like from the side of my colleague.

You have to add her as Admin/Member/contributer to the workspace where you have published the report then only she will be able to perform the required activities.

 

I belive it is not a personal workspace.

    Hi,

     

    she has admin access to the workspace:

    although I noticed that in the setting of this workspace it is marked Pro option while we have Premium per user licenses bought:

    By the way I wonder why it's displayed trial version at the top bar because the administrator of our MS365 insured me that he bought 2 Premium licenses for us.

     

    According to You last question I hope it's personal workspace, as this is shown above?:

      I forgot to ask this at beginning, Can you confirm she also have Power BI Pro/Premium Per User assigned to her.

      As without it She will not be able to do required activities.
