Issue with paginated report subscriptions not reaching recipients
Good morning, all! I came into the office today, and was flooded with emails from my users stating that they had not received any of the subscription emails from the Service. I've scoured Google trying to find ways to see if the subscriptions failed to run, or if it is an email issue from the Service we are encounterring. Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers,
Scott

HI SAS_BI
To troubleshoot missing subscription emails in Power BI:
- Check Subscription Status: Ensure subscriptions are active and scheduled correctly in the Power BI Service.
- Check Power BI Service Status: Visit the Power BI Service Status page to see if there are any outages or issues.
- Verify Email Delivery: Ask users to check spam/junk folders and email filters.
- Review Admin Settings: Ensure there are no restrictions in the Power BI Tenant settings that might block email notifications.
- Check User Permissions: Ensure users have the required access to reports/dashboards they are subscribed to.
- Test Subscription: Create a test subscription for a user to verify if it works.
- Check Power BI Usage Metrics: Review usage metrics for errors related to subscriptions.
If these steps don’t help, contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.
