Issue with connecting Gateway between SharePoint foundation or local and power bi

is there any IP range i should allow on the firewall.

from the power bi gateway page it says None of gateway instances within this cluster are connected. Please find more details below about specific errors for each gateway instance

According to this issue, please try to uninstall the gateway ,delete the below folders then reinstall again:

C:\Users\[name]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Enterprise Gateway

C:\Program Files\Power BI Enterprise Gateway
