Issue with configuring the Gateway

Hi Experts,

 

We have updated our gateway from Feb-2021 to July-2021 version.

After updation, all the Live connections to SSAS multi-dimensional and Tabular data sources does not seem to work.

 

Although the reports using the import mode using the same data sources are still working.

Microsoft support redirected us to UPN. We are not sure how to implement this or whether this is the exact issue.

 

One strange thing is, with the July-2021 gateway we are able to edit the report in the service and also are able to see the dimension list appearing in the Fields section.

 

Request your assistance in getting through this one.

    Is it an option for you to go back to the last June version?

      Hi lbendlin ,

       

      We tried going back to previous versions but the only previous one that worked was Feb 2021.

      Maybe there was a change after Feb/Mar 2021 and we are missing something.

    We have similar issues with the MySQL connectivity and the gateway versions. If you have a Pro license you can raise a ticket to Microsoft to have them look into the root cause.
