Issue with blank usage report
Hi, There are some dashboards in which the usage report comes up as blank, whereas the other reports do show some usage.
Does, someone know what might be the reason for this? These reports are viewed but do not have the correct metrics. I did follow up few artciles from the blog related the blank usage metrics but did not find a suitable answer for this.

Usage metrics may sometimes undercount activities because of inconsistent network connections, ad blockers, or other issues that can disrupt sending the events from the client.

It may also be caused by SQL timeout, please refer to the post for details.
I would like you to use the Power BI audit log to view, which correctly logs all the data.
