Issue with blank usage report

Hi, There are some dashboards in which the usage report comes up as blank, whereas the other reports do show some usage.  Does, someone know what might be the reason for this? These reports ar...

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Usage metrics may sometimes undercount activities because of inconsistent network connections, ad blockers, or other issues that can disrupt sending the events from the client.

    It may also be caused by SQL timeout, please refer to the post  for details.

     

    I would like you to use the Power BI audit log to view, which correctly logs all the data.
