Helper IIIssue with Scatter Plot Play Axis Transition in Power BI Service
Confirmed, also with the independent play axis visual.
If you have a Pro license you can open a Pro ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi
Otherwise you can raise an issue at https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues .
Advocate VI actually have the opposite issue. In Power BI Desktop, I basically get a slideshow of the visual, while in the Power BI Service, the transitions are smooth.

I had to open a ticket with Microsoft. An agent called me, and I showed him the issue.
We extracted some logs, and they identified a bug that they fixed in the September release. However, I just tested it on Power BI Desktop and noticed that the transition has some glitches.
Maybe they fixed it on one side and broke it on another 😅
Like lbendlin mentioned below, if you have a PRO account, I recommend you to also open a ticket with Microsoft.
