Issue with PowerApps (Dataverse) connection to MS Fabric via Fabric link

I am experiencing an issue while creating a Fabric link in the PowerApps platform.

I have P1 capacity and access to create new artifacts in the workspace.

I came across a thread— Solved: Re: Linking Power Apps to Fabric - Microsoft Fabric Community—discussing region settings, but I believe my setup is correct.

My Dataverse (PowerApps) is in Europe, while the data in Power BI/Fabric is stored in North Europe (Ireland). Although it's not a perfect 1:1 match, it seems to be aligned.

However, there might be an issue with capacity access because I see the following message: "This workspace is configured to use a capacity you don't have access to."

I would greatly appreciate any insights.

The issue was caused by missing access to fabric capacity.

User should have an access to workspace and capacity.
