Issue with Power BI Pro license recognition
Hello!
I have the following problem:
A few days ago, the purchasing department of my company forgot to enable the credit card where the monthly payment for Power BI Pro licenses is made.
As it is a bureaucratic process and it was of utmost urgency to continue using the Power BI services, we activated the Pro license trials in Power BI for about 3 days.
Once the licenses were paid again, they should be automatically reassigned, right?
Anyway, they were paid a few days ago, and since it bothered me to see "x days of remaining trial", I deactivated the Power BI free trial, since the subscription to the service had been paid about a week before.
It turns out that now Power BI does not recognize me as a Pro user and only shows me that I have a free license. I have already tried to remove the license and reassign it from the Microsoft admin, but nothing works.
Please help!

Hi Anonymous
1.Please wait a few hours or days, it may take time for the system to re-recognize the license.
2.Please try to sign out your account and clear the broswer cache, then sign in again, then check you account, if it has the related permission.
Best Regards!

Hi,
I am having the samle problem - despite having purchased a Pro license (and it being present under my subscriptions in my Microsoft account), Power BI is not recognising it. I have signed out and in again with no success.
Please advise what to do next.
Thanks,
Dorota
