Issue with PBI Service

Dear all,

 

I'm trying to see any of my reports in the 'Service' but the legend 'almost there' appeared and the data doesnt refresh.

 

This is the error:

Hi there, there was a known issue in the Power BI service which appears to be resolved

Dear all,

 

Thanks for your reply. Today it's back to normal.

 

What happened was, I or anyone who I had shared a report couldn't see it in the power bi service. The legend 'almost load' or 'almost something' (I have spanish language so i don't know what is the exact translation) appeared for about 20 minutes and then the error that I upload yesterday.

I used edge, chrome and internet explorer. I had the same issue in all of them.

 

Probably was a microsoft problem and they have fixed it.

Hi @Ses1987,

 

I'm not clear about your issue. 

 

Do you have issue for not showing visuals in Power BI Service or data refresh failed?

 

What is your data source? When do you get this error message? 

 

Please describe your scenario in more details.

Could you try and remove all your browser cookies and see if that resolves the issue?

Hello @Ses1987, your reports stay on 'your workspace' or are shared workespace? 

 

If are on shared, make sure that you have a pro license... if are on your workspace, please attach a print here.
