I am able to reproduce your issue in Power BI Service and Power BI Desktop.
When changing the Display units to None, the Funnel chart should show actual values(1300,950,450,400,350), however the None option doesn’t take effect in Funnel chart currently. It is a known issue , we have reported it internally and the PG team is working on it. We will post back once we get any update.
