Hi Team,
I’m encountering an issue while exporting data from Power BI Service using the Summarize Data option, as we have more than 500 rows. Although I’m able to download the file, an error appears when I try to open it. This issue started last week and was working fine for all users until then.
I’ve attached snapshots of the Summarize option and the error for your reference. Could you please look into this and help resolve the issue?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Azad
Hi, @azadthakur
I am glad to help you.
Is the account you use to log into Power BI Service (Export data account) the same account you use to log into Excel?
In my tests, if the two accounts are the same, it is possible to get the data:
But when both accounts are different, you will get the error in your screenshot:
I hope my suggestions give you good ideas, if you have any more questions, please clarify in a follow-up reply.
Best Regards,
Fen Ling,
