Issue with Admin Approval for an Integration

Hello, 

I currently want to integrate Power BI with Slack and I am currently using https://sentryc-workspace.slack.com/apps/A01BRN53YM8-power-bi-integration-by-akvelon. 

I am being asked to login to Power BI from Slack and I get the following window asking me to write a message to the Power BI Admin for authorization. 

However the thing is that I should have the role of a Power BI admin at least from my impression (I have access to tenannt settings and to the admin portal. 

I or my colleagues never got this message that needs approving when I submit the form above. 

I would highly appreciate your input on this topic!
