Hi,
I currently have Power BI Pro and when I login to powerbi.com I see all the reports that I'm working on. Another organization has shared a report with me (to my organization e-mail) and when I click the link I am taken to a login page and when I login with my credentials I do not see the work I'm working on but instead a list of reports shared with me. When I try to open the report I am asked to upgrade to pro.
When I proceed to powerbi.com I see all my content.
When I login with the same credentials to the report link shared with me I don't see any of my work (workspaces, etc.) and get asked to upgrade to pro.
Can someone explain what I'm missing? Can we not share reports to other users outside the orgization who also have Pro?
Thanks!

Hi @ttseng
Please note that it's a known issue:
Power BI Pro customers trying to access externally shared content from a different Tenant may encounter a message asking to “Upgrade to Power BI Pro”. Engineers have identified the root cause and ETA for a fix is end-of-day 06/07/2020.
