Issue publishing to the Service
Just in the last hour or so I have published a couple reports to the Service, multiple times and it tells me the reports are published and even tells me I already have an existing dataset if republis...

If you cannot see the updated report, what happens if you try and upload the PBIX via the Get Data method?
If that too fails then I think that there must be something up with the Service in your location.
