Hi all,
I have a PBI report which uses redshift as the data source. I was able to connect to the data source from PowerBi desktop without any issues, but after publishing the report to the PBI service I’m getting the following error:
I guess I need to whitelist the Ip of PowerBi service but I don’t know how as PBI service is a cloud-based service.
Also please let me know if there is any other solution to overcome this issue.
Thanks in advance
Hi @Tejaswini_Dahat ,
Please try to whitelist in your firewall the IP addresses for your data region. You can download the Azure datacenter IP list, which is updated weekly.
