Issue exporting .xlsx from table visualization

A handful of users using a dashboard I created are unable to successfully complete an export of summarized data from a table contained in the report. Other users can successfully download and there is no difference in their rights.

 

Is anyone else seeing this issue? 

 

Currently the table contains ~1,000 rows and 8 columns, but certain users get the following via export:

    Hi ericbanksight,

     

    Based on the picture you shared, I think you export the data from report, not dashboard. And Please notice that exporting the summarized data, data will export with applied filter. So please check your steps of exporting data.
