Issue connecting Salesforce to my data gateway

I'm having trouble connecting my SalesForce data to my data gateway. It has been fine this whole time on Power BI Desktop and there has been no connection issue but now I have just set up a gateway ...

Hi Anonymous 

I would suggest you restart gateway and try again.If it still persists,you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
