Issue WIth Memory utilization in Power BI Import and DIrect Query Mode

Hi Team,

We are facing some issue in Power BI Memory Utilization.

Because of that we not able access report properly , sometime they giving an error Resources exceeded.We are getting alert on memeory utilization.

we have report i both import and export mode.

    What has your investigation using DAX Studio (for the Direct Query) and Power Query Diagnostics (for Import Mode) shown? Were you able to identify the long running and/or large looping queries?

    For your situation, it may be because a large number of users open different reports at the same time.

    Import mode and DQ mode have different resource utilization, but whether you need to use DQ mode mainly depends on whether you need to get the latest data in real time. 

    As for the service memory usage, you need to allocate the report schedule refresh reasonably and prevent a large number of users from opening and using the report at the same time in the service.
