Issue Export to excel or csv (summarized data)

Just in the past week or so, users can't successfully export summarized data to Excel or CSV.  They get the following message for a long time and then it goes away and nothing is exported:

 

Exporting data

You can still browse reports and dashboards while we export your data.

 

Please help.

Hi @joelbuxton 

It seems you may check if they have access to export data.Admin may check 'Export data' in  Tenant settings.
