Is there any way to change permissions to add people outside of organisation?

Hi,

Is there any way to send reports and data to people outside of my organisation? Additionally, if this is possible, would the other user need to download Power BI Pro to see the data?

I am currently using the Pro Trial and working on row-level security permissions.

Hi @Anonymous ,

You can directly share a dashboard or report to external users, they get an email with a link to the shared dashboard or report, and they have to sign in to Power BI to see it.

With sharing, whether you share content inside or outside your organization, you need a Power BI Pro license. Your recipients also need Power BI Pro licenses, or the content needs to be in a Premium capacity. If row-level security (RLS) is applied to the dataset underlying a dashboard or report, then the credentials of every person are used to determine which data they can access.
